CJSC "Ashgabat City Telephone Network" introduces a new Call Center serviceThe Call Center service is primarily designed for entrepreneurs and organizations whose products and services are aimed at mass consumers with a large customer base.Specialized server equipment with software is housed in the building of CJSC "Ashgabat City Telephone Network" and is under 24-hour technical supervision to ensure uninterrupted operation.For clients who connect to the Call Center service, depending on their needs and preferences, from 2-3 up to 30 operator workstations are set up and configured to handle incoming calls.The operator workstation must be equipped with a computer (laptop), headset, and microphone (at the client's expense).Multiple calls can simultaneously come in to the organization's phone number designated for mass clientele, and the number will never be "busy" for the caller — the call is routed to an available operator's workstation.
